 A children's pencil magazine that changed the village itself - Written by Kishanrao Kulkarni Bellagurki, a small village in Sindhanur Taluk of Raichur district, has no newspapers. Do not assume that no one is reading it. People are waiting for a pencil to come in every two months, even if the newspapers do not exceed a hundred. As the name of the magazine is now known as Khelilwalla ... Editorial ... There may be questions in your mind. The newspaper, which started five years ago, is the only elementary school student in the village - editors, owners, distributors ... all of them !! What caused the school newspaper to come out?: There is a government primary school in the village, which is far from developed, where children who have can’t  come to school, they  have to follow their parents. ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಪದ

                                        ಮಲ್ಕಾಪೂರ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾನಪದ ಅನುಸಂದಾನ (ಜಾ£ಪÀದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಹುಡುಕಿ ತಂದು ಹಾಡುವ ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಳು) -0- ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಮಸ್ಕಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಮಲ್ಕಾರಪೂರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ “ಜಾನಪದ ಅನುಸಂದಾನ” ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇನಪಾ... ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು, ಪಿಎಚ್‍ಡಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಿರಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಚಿಂತಕರು ಮಾಡುವಂತಹ ಈ ಅಂತರ್ಗತ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ಅನುಸಂದಾನ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪೋರರು ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಹೇಗೆ? ಅಂತ ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷಣ ಅವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಹೀಗೂ ಯೋಚಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರವಿಚಂದ್ರ.ಡಿ ಎಂಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಜಾನಪದ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವರು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪೌಂಡೇಷನ್ ಫಾರ್ ದಿ ಆಟ್ರ್ಸ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನೆರವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಜಾನಪದ ಅನುಸಂದಾನ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೀಗ ಜಾನಪದದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಜಲುಗಳು ಚಿರಪರಿಚಿತವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಲ್ಕಾಪೂರ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಜಾನಪದ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಕಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಗ್ರಾಮವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸರಳವಾಗಿ ಜಾನಪದದ ಅನುಸಂದಾನ ನಡೆಸಲು ಪೂರಕ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಎರಡು ವರ...
